Abstract

Petir merupakan peristiwa listrik alam yang sangat berbahaya dalam kehidupan. Sambaran petir  dapat merusak objek yang disambar langsung maupun objek disekitar titik sambaran petir. Disekitar titik sambaran petir terinduksi medan listrik (E), medan magnet (H) dan tegangan lebih induksi (Vind). Objek di sekitar titik sambaran yang diamati Objek I dan Objek II adalah  gedung kampus STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram dan Gardu Hubung Gomong, akibat gedung Rektorat STAHN Gde Pudja tersambar petir langsung 10, 50, 100 kA dan 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 kHz.  Parameter petir tersebut menghasilkan E, H dan Vind pada objek yang diamati, dengan H sesuai standar, tetapi E dan Vind tidak sesuai standar. Rekomendasi untuk penurunan E dan Vind menambahkan SPP eksternal dengan pemasangan konduktor bentuk mesh sejumlah 2x4 mesh dengan ukuran 10x6,5 m pada kerangka plapon gedung. Injeksi 100 kA, 200 kHz pada rangkaian mesh tersebut menurunkan E, H dan Vind  pada objek I dan objek II masing-masing 3,586 kV/m; 16,393 A/m; 344,459 kV dan  0,184 kV/m; 0,875A/m; 63,699 kV. Penambahan rangkaian konduktor mesh pada SPP eksternal tersebut dapat mengurangi nilai medan listrik (E), medan magnet (H) dan tegangan induksi (Vind) hingga 50 % dari nilai sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT

Lightning, an electrical event of nature, is a very dangerous phenomenon in daily life. Lightning strikes can harm both the object struck directly by lightning and the object around lightning strikes point. Object around the point of a lightning strike is induced by electric field (E), magnetic field (H) and overvoltage induction (Vind). Objects around lightning strike point observed in this paper objects one and two are STAHN Gde Pudja Mataram building and Gomong Substation circuit due to the fact that STAHN Gde Pudja Rectorate building was directly struck by lightning of 10, 50, 100 kA and 25, 50, 100, 150, 200 kHz. The lightning parameters showed the value of E, H and Vind on the observed. It is revealed that H value meets the standards while E and Vind values did not meet standards. In order to standardize the E and Vind values, it is recommended to add external SPP of 2x4 mesh with sized mesh of 10x6,5 m shaped conductor installation on framework ceiling. The Injection of 100 kA, 200 kHz from the mesh circuit decrease E, H and Vind value for the first and the second objects each 3.586 kV/m; 16.393 A/m; 344.459 kV and 0.184 kV/m; 0.875A/m; 63.699 kV. It can be conclude that the addition of mesh conductor circuit on the external SPP could reduce the value of the electric field (E), magnetic field (H) and the induced voltage (Vind) up to 50% of the initial value.
